Gallery 49, in Falmouth's High Street, is showing a series of paintings by Jamie Boyd which are studies of the landscape surrounding Falmouth wharves where he has his studio.
Jamie has used the view from his studio window which faces the Falmouth marina as his subject matter.
All of the paintings on show were painted over the winter and aim to capture the fleeting moments of the landscape.
There are a range of works on show including, watercolours and oil studies and many of the materials used in the paintings have been discovered around the site where the paintings are created.
The exhibition is showing until Saturday, April 1.
